Ca’d’Zan is the magnificent c.1925 mansion built by John and Mable Ringling for their estate on Sarasota Bay, in the Venetian Gothic/ Moorish style.

SCOPE

Restoration of historic structure and interior restoration.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • The project included installation of all new building infrastructure systems and a complete interior restoration; including historic lighting and fine arts that were an integral part of the original design.
  • Close collaboration with the conservators, curators and craftsmen was a key element of the project’s success.
