- These houses were designed to complement the New Urbanist/ Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) principles that are part of the overall community design.
- Inspired by the small homes designed for the garden suburbs of the early 20th century, these houses feature outdoor porches and efficient space plans. Attention to maximizing the natural light and ventilation enhanced the compact, yet comfortable and contemporary living experience.
