The Arcadia City Hall has been in continuous use as the City Hall and Fire Department since the early 1920s.
SCOPE
Restoration of Exterior, 1st Floor interior, windows and doors, ornamental ironwork.
HIGHLIGHTS
- The building is designed in the Mediterranean Revival style and features a tile parapet roof, ornate window and door surrounds and decorative light fixtures and iron work
- The project includes a restoration plan for the building and interior renovations to suit modern needs.
